This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests regarding admission and course fees at Knowlix Learning.

Admission Fee

Admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Policy for Course Fee

Option 1

  • If cancellation is informed before the first 3 classes, the following charges will be deducted:
    • Class Fee
    • Mentor Fee
    • Academic Charges
    Remaining balance amount will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is requested between 3 to 7 days, a 50% refund may be provided based on the case and management approval.

Option 2

  • If cancellation is informed after 3 days from admission, no refund will be provided.

Note: Management reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds.
